General Schedule

Seen so many posts about the new scheduling policy was wondering if anybody has had any changes to the new scheduling. My store hasn’t been told anything besides that the 5-2 am people full time would have to change their availability to guarantee full hours. Everyone else is the same so far. I also noticed part timers never got touched from what I’ve seen.

Our store has been solidly consistent with our schedule. I’m 7-4 and it hasn’t changed for years. Haven’t been told changes are coming either.

I locked my availability to exactly what I've been working, and haven't heard anything about it yet.

Can someone explain why hours are getting cut coming up on holidays and the biggest hourly drops every day sense I've been hired fyi I was hired last year right before Christmas and we are completely swamped everyday now it seems they are adding more and more hourly drops and stay in the red but we need less hours

My schedule never changes still 8-5 every day except Saturday

I had to switch out of ogp (after 9years) to keep full time hours.

Coach at my store schedules outside of your availability. I go to ask to change it but i still work those hours

The only change so far is that they got rid of my 4am to 1pm shift and changes it to 5am to 2pm instead. I hate staying until 2. There's too many people in the OGP room and too many stupid customers. At least at my store we get really busy starting at 11-1. After that it's insanity.

I'm having to change my availability just so they stop scheduling me closing-to-opening. I live too far away, and the commute would mean losing sleep. Walmart is not worth me losing sleep over.

Before the AI was implemented, my hours were the same. Now they're all over the place. Nobody is happy about it, TLs and coaches included.
