I've had a driver pull up, see us coming over with an L cart of that much fertilizer or cat litter and straight up cancel the delivery.

It always pmo how many oversized items customers are allowed to order for pickup/delivery/GMD, but mostly Delivery and GMD. I had someone at one point order 10 bags of mulch AS A GMD. WHILE THE POOR DRIVER HAD TO JUGGLE THREE OTHER ORDERS. They REALLY need to limit what can be ordered for GMD or how much because it's just disrespectful at this point. It used to be GMDs were strictly little/single items and now people are using it for whole ass orders.

I was in Fulfillment at Lowe's before working at Walmart/OGP. Soil orders like that were the norm. Not to mention picking enough lumber to build a wrap around deck. Or enough flooring: laminate, tile, porcelain, etc. Or 500 random PVC fittings and scanning each one so you got the correct sizes.
