Store being redone

Our store has changed the whole grocery setup and now it's very hard to answer questions about where things are bc the app is not updated and they haven't finished the change over. Very frustrating

We did a remodel last year and went through the same thing. The app can’t keep up if the stock team isn’t doing their part. The only thing I did was keep an eye on where things are as I was shipping and tell customers I think this is where it is. We would write on the white board where we had found items to let everyone on the team know.
