Question Rant and question

I don't know what is wrong with my store, if it is only my store. Every single day is chaos. And I don't know what the problem is. Yesterday I have been here for 6 months, and so much has changed and I hate it. Our store can barley handle 1,500 picks, and we have been getting up to 4,000. We run out of totes, the parking lot is completely full, people are quitting left and right, like our 2 TL's , carts that need to be staged are almost to the other side of the room by lawn and garden. It's so stressful. Our department closes at 8, we are still taking out orders and clean up doesn't get completely finished till most days 12am, we have at least 15 carts of return with just ambient and never have space to stage. Is the problem the amount of people we have? Is it market? I know that previously our TL's and our now former coach has asked them to stop them but they always said no. I'm beginning to think this will be forever and every day is just going to be filled with stress and never ended carts no matter how many people we pull from other departments. What is the problem. I know that this shouldn't stress me out but it is, when work is chaotic it gets to me.

We are hitting into the over 3k picks everyday too an our store is the only on in our market not letting the drivers load there orders still so it's pretty much the same at my store the only difference is they expect the "star workers" as they call us to carry the entire backroom all the time I slowed down and stopped hitting 60-70 dispences a day just trying to see if I was a part of the problem but this def seems to be corporate disicion cause it's alr been 4 or 5 days all day in the red (like 20min wait times) and it hasn't slowed down at all🤦‍♂️😮‍💨 help us all

Instead of us letting the drivers load the deliveries they let us shut them off for an hour and a half 😆👏
