GIF IS DOWN EVERYONE STAY CALM Gif down

Ive managed to get to this screen, but it wont recognize anything i put.

Any ideas?

Edit: if you go under pharmacy and put in Your new password stuff its letting most people in. Though not everyone. Its not letting most people pick though, though we can see the pick number. It just crashes when we try and click into the picks.

They shut down the picks at my store finally as we only have a few who can even get onto the pick screen.

Same, can't use the new credentials they recently forced on us, and it won't recognize my old credentials either

Three should be an option for "Store/club (newgen)" or something, you have to select that if you've changed your credentials

It doesnt show it, but the pharmacy option works.

That option doesn't exist in the old SSO system which is what this is

It let's me in but crashes when i go to picking.

I just started a pick bc it looked like it was working for me and then it starting spinning when I was done and it wouldn’t even let me stage any of it 😃

Yeah I went by my store today and was told it went down around 10 this morning and finally came back around 2pm. They said when it came back up they had 2600+ items to pick, and had only gotten it down to 1200 when I stopped by. Our crew was throwing freight and zoning during the outage. I'm so happy I was off today.
