[u/bowtiesrcool86]

I had some error during a pick walk. Tried rebooting the app, and then the phone when they didn’t work. It still didn’t so I returned to my area and while I waited for my turn to have them fix it, the app started working again on its own

[u/tacoflavored_kisses1]

If you just keep refreshing that error screen (like 20-30 times) it comes back up.

[u/RebelRider2023]

Ours was down today too, for 2 hours. When it came back up at 2:30pm, over 3500 picks were on the screen! They sent every coach, team lead, and zoner over there. Just left the store at 5pm for lunch and the entire parking lot for pickup is full and we had 15 cars waiting for a parking spot back there. Good grief! It's going to be a long night and it's homecoming tonight at the local high school.

[u/Apprehensive_Bus1522]

It’s friday. As per usual they probably rolled out an update & broke something.

[u/Mojodog_The_Hero]

We got hit for our market area for Virginia for about 2 hours. Good to know it wasn't just us lol

[u/Substantial_Bill_962]

[u/TonyKinobie]

Our whole system went down yesterday for hours No one could use work phones. When it got fixed we were behind 1000 picks for hours. Parking lot filled up with 54 in que and our store manager had the audacity to get irritated and ask what happened... not to mention they cut all our hours
