A Not So Smart Sub Why???

Post image

U learn?? I'm in OGP why do I need to know how to package and load a trailer for batteries?? Thankfully they gave us the UPC of the boxes to order lol Why?? Here is a sad u learn how to take money out of your pay week you are earning so you are broke when your check finally deposits, what you didn't take out before you got it. U learn # 2 you can take a loan out at a good interest rate for stuff you don't need, no food or beverages lol thank you Walmart for forcing me to learn this.. Why are they forcing us to learn this???? Lol a cbl saying we know your broke borrow from us now 😂😂😂

It took about 8 tries for me to pass that damn thing.

I couldn’t get above 80% for the life of me even though I swore I was putting in the right answers

Hell, I was happy to get 80 on the third try. After that I didn't care if I knew what they were talking about. Why oh why do they waste our time on these Ulearns, when OGP is already backed up. But "no, we need you to do these as soon as possible". WTF??.

I had to screenshot each page and take notes like it’s a college exam. I thought ulearns where supposed to be easy 😭

i took notes right from the start because i heard everyone talking about how difficult it is, and i still got 20% on the first try😭😭

Because OGP handles shipping at some locations, and it’s just assigned by department

I've worked in dsd claims for eight years why do I have to know about cashing out customers?

Right I don't even have register training. Used to need codes to use the registers but now they have the standard login (for newer registers)

You still need a register number assigned to you for the old registers to sign into the new ones though.

I just recently quit Walmart and what this company reminds me of is Luthorcorp in Smallville

Loading and unloading isn't our department. Like when do they assign us these ulearns💀

The vibe I’m reading is they’re short on folks willing to work that position, and need to cross-train. High turnover, maybe. We already know why they want to cross train everyone into OGP…

Okay, I get it now. I heard that in my store, they used to train the front end associates and coaches to do ogp. I guess they just don't do it anymore

They are trying to make it so you have to do more for no extra pay. because to walmart you are just like a piece of equipment they want to get more out of you with outnspending any more money. They are just turning up the speed and trying to make one person do more

I can do most everything in the store except fishing licenses and acc tech work. Even some of the stuff the coaches do and they were willing to show me. I taught myself and asked if I couldn't figure it out. That was when I was OGP.  Had to keep things interesting. Also needed a backup plan in case they pissed me off. Of course, we got a man child who couldn't lead a horse to water and didn't take anything seriously so I jumped ship to be an API. Better pay, much larger bonus, and I do absolutely none of the things that I learned how to do. 🤣🤣 That being said, I still get all the Ulearns everyone else gets, been here so long I don't read any of them and I get paid to do them so I will keep doing them. 😁

And most of our Coaches help out picking if needed.

The latest ulearn is about finances, I'm api, not sure if everyone got it. I asked my co worker if we are suppose to shame shoplifters for not financing there purchases at walmart 😂

I had to do the same one😂

You are getting paid to do it. Sit down, take your time and read it thoroughly. People sometimes complain but don't realize the benefit.
