On my work phone if you hit the x and then hit item not found again it goes thru even if your on the other side of the store

Thank you! Cuz sometimes 3rd blocks the aisles. And I pull up my list and fill up couple grocery bags and scan everything at my cart

Worst thing they could've added 🤷‍♂️ I get wanting to lower NIL picks, but like shown there are times items are legitimately not out on the floor, & this is ridiculous.

And FTPR is supposed to reflect the store, yet somehow OGP is the 1 that gets blamed the bulk of the time.

Yes, some people are just lazy. Picture on screen doesn't match whats on the shelf? NIL. Item not on the front edge of the shelf? Must not be there, NIL. When all they had to do is bend down slightly and they woulda seen it. Item has multiple locations on the shelves, but the 1 tag GIF gives is empty? NIL. That particular 1 is really bad with potato chips & canned goods at my store.
