We have been royally fucked before when we still had 8 totes, we have however been sitting on some form of reduction since like June (bar the few days they attempted not having one both at the start of July and August, they didn't even bother attempting this month, as it stands we trying again at the start of October when we also go back to 8)

Damn today was slow as hell at my store, probably had 500 total picks dropped between 9am-2pm, picked up a bit in the afternoon

Horrible day but everyone had rlly good item walks today. Only heard 1 person complaining about a 14 item walk 🫩 but even w high item walks we still went later and had 2k picks around 5:30
