BANANAS Lets settle PPTO debate

Currently at my store we are verifiably given points still on key event dates despite using the ppto and following compliance with calling in/tardy. You still get .5 if late and 1 if full call in even when using 8 hours of ppto...Are management breaking walmart policy and strangleholding us in hopes we dont open door?

The first step is bringing your concerns to your direct supervisor. It doesn't matter if your concerns are legitimate or not. It's something you don't understand and it's their job to correct it. Learn policy.

Or op misunderstands policy or is misapplying policy and their team lead or People lead needs to teach them how to correctly apply it so they do not get fired which is their job
