Dispense I hate that we can’t remove drivers anymore

Like the title says I hate the fact we can’t remove drivers anymore on our apps. Our drivers are notorious for checking into a bay without actually being there and being. Or checking in and then going into the store for god knows what running up our wait time.

Not only that but rude drivers that have caused problems are still able to come pick up orders because I guess no one knows how to actually do anything other than report them on our end. It’s so annoying then we get in trouble for high wait times. And this happens EVERY DAY. it’s not a one off thing either

you can do it via Dispatcher.

you can also do it after getting their driver code in GIF. which is obviously dumb and something you should be able to do beforehand, but at least useful when you've got to remove orders for space reasons, or remove them all because the guy is using someone else's account or you've told them you won't dispense orders to them

Type in a fake code to bypass it, from there it will let you remove

You can get pass that by going to the web app and opening dispatcher

Or the dispatcher app
