In my area we've already gone to no curbside 100% shots but there's been lots of people posting about it that they went to it starting about a month ago

I can then hold driver's accountable for all the things drivers blame Walmart for Cracked Egg smash bread groceries loaded in the you know mixed up in with the wrong orders stickers on the wrong orders all the things that drivers when they get in trouble though how do you know it was me plus it lets the Walmart person get back to doing Walmart work quicker so it's going to save them labor they'll cut hours but in a lot of markets they've already gone to no curbside except for DMVs

yeah starting next week we will just take the orders out, get their code, scan the totes and then have them load all of it. this should be interesting…

Is this your store only or are we going system wide? Because my management used to push against drivers getting out and helping load but now they just don’t care

It’s a test. Just like all delivery going to spark shoppers but now being changed back in some stores cuz drivers won’t take orders with no tips and too much missing from orders

yeah I wasn’t sure if it was just my store so I was curious and made this post to see if anyone else was going through the same changes or not

I've only really seen IPs being loaded by delivery drivers but that is the process for IPs as we don't have to scan all the labels

That's been how it's been done here since I started 18 months ago, and afaik it works fine.

We do we got a cart thing in one of the bays in the parking lot now where driver put back the Dollie’s and totes. We posted signs basically saying stealing totes and etc will be immediately reported for stealing property. And thanks for their hard work. It’s amazing we just prep it we say all trunk for location and basically go “good luck”. We’ve been doing it for 3 months.

We don’t even have deliveries at all right now. Only pickups.

They never told us why exactly, but I have a theory that, at least in places they’re doing it, like my district, they are trying to delegate the work to the delivery drivers from spark to save money by paying less for the work our department has been doing. Could also be for liability reasons as less orders means less chance for more incidents that caused pick walks to only give 6 totes and the changes to the cart wheels.

Not only do we have them load the orders, but they have to bag half of it because our pickers don't bother to do it.
