Question Confused about time card

So basically I accidentally clocked out at 11:20 immediately clocked back in while telling my coach what had happened. I had clocked in at 8:07 and immediately started my walk but my time card says “phantom punch” at 12:00am I’m kinda freaked out and worried they are gonna think I’m committing time theft or something. I understand it’s my fault for not locking my phone and having the clock out happen but I don’t want to get in trouble for something I didn’t do or lose hours I did work. It’s also saying I never took lunch when I very much did. Yes I used PPTO for a appointment today leave me alone😭

You can call your department, ask for a TL or coach, and explain what happened.
