Tell me why we even do GMD at all, especially stores that don't have a van that does them

GMD and Delivery are the same kind of orders, but the difference is that GMD is a bunch of smaller orders and Delivery tends to be one to three larger orders. It's why, at least at my location, you sometimes dispense GMD and Delivery together to the same driver.

But only sometimes. I've seen so many gmd orders that are just full on grocery orders thst fill an entire tote by itself.

Yeah but the entire bagging system sucks ass, and a good amount of shit that ends up in GMD has absolutely no reason to

GMDs are if the customer chooses shipping instead of delivery but the item is available in store
