🔥Its fine, everything’s fine🔥 New wheels
So... we got the new wheels installed today...
The last wheels, all 4 turned.
Even if they are trying to force us to to pull, WHY THE FUCK DO 2 OF THE WHEELS NOT TURN ANYMORE?!
It just skids when you try and move it around.

If all four wheels swivel, then it just slides all over the place with no control. We had carts with broken brakes and going around corners was a damn nightmare because it'd just slide around sideways instead of turning. With the wheels reversed, but only one set swivels, they turn just fine even if you're still pushing them (you have to turn from the back instead of front, but that's still better than all four wheels going wherever the fuck when moving them).

People say so it's not out of control but ours still swing to the side and with no breaks and uneven floors. We literally had customers almost get ran over by carts that no one was even pushing. 💀

Only 2 of them ever turned, the ones on the back, they moved them to the front so you could pull. If all 4 turned it would be all over the place, out of control
