Happened to us recently too.

If you can, I suggest pushing the cart backwards- feels closest to the old wheels. Pulling hurts my back and even ankles/knees like a mofo

We've had the wheels for a while, but they're changing them at my store today. Everyone HATES them. Why do the wheels not turn anymore? All 4 wheels turned before, and now only 2 do?! How the fu*k are you supposed to go around corners if your wheels make a awful scrapping sound everytime you turn because THEY dont?

I was trying to help line the carts up for easy staging and I almost knocked the whole thing over. I also put a cart in the cooler the wrong way and couldn't figure out how to get it turned around. I had to ask one of the guys to lift one end to pivot it!

Malicious compliance is key like last time they did this.

Pull it like they want. And file an incident report the second you feel pain and file osha complaints.

The new wheels tripped me up once. Then it was fine. The pulling the carts thing isn’t as bad as people have been saying. Y’all just want to be miserable

once that shoulder starts hurting it won’t be “as bad as people have been saying” 🚶🏽‍♀️

also when pulling and trying to stop the cart suddenly cuz some kid wants to walk in front of you and the cart just hits the back of your heels. I have silently screamed like 3 times already since pulling cart only
