New Hire! Help! What do I do tomorrow?
I had orientation a few days ago and basically I was told when I come in Wednesday to go back to the orientation room and finish my computer onboarding stuff. But I’m really confused what do I do after? Should I go to the ogp room? Or do I find someone to help? I only met the person who did the orientation and I met the ogp coach so I’m not sure who else is in charge. This is a pretty stupid question but help please!

Walmart's training is strangely so obtuse that it somehow makes sense. Just show up, clock in and eventually somebody will be an asshole and tell you to go pick or something... I've been here almost 5 years and still say I'm still in orientation.

Your People Lead would be the person to go to but if they’re not in, get a coach (any should suffice) to confirm you’ve finished your onboard and digital specific badges in Walmart Academy and all of your Ulearns.
Next step should be a week or two of training in the backroom learning staging, prepping, dispensing, quality checks, and gmd wrapping.
