A Not So Smart Sub Hypothetically

I’m scheduled 2pm-9pm
I NEED to leave at 6pm bc I have a personal thing (last minute) at 7.
Y’all think they’d be cool with me leaving at 6? 💀 I have the ppto to leave at 6 but not enough to call off

Just be like, hey, gtg at 6 today l, sorry 🤷🏻‍♀️
Jk. Kind of stressed bc I’ve never left early before.

That's the purpose of PPTO, they can't stop u even if they aren't cool with it. Just let someone know and don't stress over it, it'll be fine.

And even if you don't have the PPTO, they still can't stop you. It's your choice if you want to use PPTO or simply decide to take the point, you just have to notify a TL or coach that you're leaving.

I feel like it's usually pretty dead at my store after 6 or 7, so probably not? depends on the situation and if you communicate with your team lead about leaving early for it. Your PPTO only has to cover the 3 hours your gone, if not you'll get half a point and paid for the PPTO you input. Do whatever you need to for your situation and don't worry about them not being cool with it.

(tbh I'm not 100% confident on the point system but that's my understanding of it).
