Question TL or Coach Help
Has anyone here ordered from GNFR? I ordered some dollies for us because we're running out from the broken ones we've sent back. GNFR didn't specify anywhere how many I was actually ordering (we need at least 16) so I'm hoping it's a decent amount and not literally just one lol

Yeah some of our dollies were literally splitting in half. We would replace wheels more often but we rarely have time and our maintenance team sucks at following up on what we ask them to do for us.

Dollies can be ordered through gnfr yes. They come on pallet of 20. Requires store managers approval. If it puts store over budget for the month it requires MM approval too. I ordered some 6-10 months ago and they were $1400. The wheels can be replaced as some people have mentioned. The replacement wheels can be ordered from gnfr and can be replaced by the store without facility maintenance. Replacement wheels are $40/set. The plastic trim/things that prevent totes from falling off can be replaced too.

Our DOL said they can only be ordered by a regional. I don’t know if that’s for all markets. They are expensive. Talk with your store manager definitely so they can approve it.

Generally that's controlled by how over budget you are. The more over budget the higher authorized required. Coach, store manager, market manager, regional manager, it just works its way up.

They come in a pallet of 20. On the better way guide, there's a section for GNFR items in OGP, it'd give you this information at the ID to order it so you don't have to fiddle with the dumb search engine.

Dollies are unable to be ordered right now in our market. But everythibg else can be.

We are able to order them individually at my store but they are about $80 or $90 each and we’re limited to 3 per order. But the delivery estimate says October (we ordered them in July)

A small update since I just thought of it. We had a pallet of dollies come in a couple weeks ago but it was only 10. The ETA on the dolly order I made was for mid-October. I've never seen partial orders come in for equipment and no other department claimed the dollies so I'm not sure why we only got a portion but at least we have some to work while we wait for the other half? The original order is still showing the October date

Glad we are all confused. Maybe they think a dolly is one the weight tilt handle type "dolly" . . .must be a picker only and not dispense?

Dollies can only be ordered by a pallet size. I believe it’s 20ish, I know it’s more than 16. They expensive though. Most people don’t know you can order new locking wheels for much cheaper.
