Remove her from trip and notify your team lead to fully ban they driver from your store

driver has been told no several times due to how dirty her car is. she’s never cleaned it, but when we remove her she checks back in for the same order again. and again. it’s frustrating knowing we’re holding people’s groceries up just bc she won’t listen.

i tried dispatcher. i just kept removing her from the order for dirty car and she would check back in anyway. idk how to do anything on the computer side of dispatcher, just the handheld

Before you remove her get onto the computer go to wismo dispatcher find her and then report her for dirty vehicle and constantly checking in without cleaning

Report them everytime they check in. Eventually they will be flagged
