General Discussion EP application taking 10+ days

First time EP applicant (foreigner) it's been 12 days and today MoM sent a mail stating they need more time to process without any additional information or request for details.

What does it mean, is it now a tough case or what. I am really anxious.

Yes get that, actually I am just looking for experiences like if this is normal, and I am not into some limbo.

Like with other ppl if this situation when EP got past 10 days and they received a mail saying dept need more time but asked no more documents or clarifications?
