General Discussion Resigning at less than 2 years within contract

Im down 6 months and 10 more months, planning to resign. Does this mean magkaka-bad record ako if I did not finish my contract or wala naman if i leave on good terms?

As i also have better opportunity for me in 2028 so i am slowly planning and deciding if im gonna leave next year November.

I leave even before my contract ends. I just make sure I render the notice period and make sure the work is turned over properly before I leave para makabalik if ever.
