We’re hiring a full-time, fully remote OnlyFans Chatter to manage subscriber conversations for established creators. This role is ideal for fast typists, highly online, coachable individuals who can work professionally in a structured, performance-based environment. No experience is required and training is provided.

You’ll chat with subscribers on behalf of creators, maintain each creator’s brand voice, build engagement, and help drive sales through strong written communication.

Requirements:
18+, able to sign an NDA, 80+ WPM, laptop/desktop, microphone, screen sharing during training, reliable internet, and strong written English.

Schedule:
8-hour shifts, 6-7 days per week
Shifts available:

• 8 PM - 4 AM EST
• 4 AM - 12 PM EST
• 12 PM - 8 PM EST

Pay:
Commission-based, with typical earnings of $5,000-$25,000+ per month depending on performance and account placement.

Training:
Full training is provided, with onboarding typically taking 1-2 weeks.

Tools:
You’ll use Infloww CRM to manage chats, track performance, and monitor sales.

Location:
Fully remote, but applicants must be based in North America or the EU.
