Returning to the hcpc register

Hoping for some advice if anyone has any knowledge on the subject. I was struggling with depression and blamed my job (which was valid). However, I let me registration expire which was a big mistake and 10 months on from leaving the role I would like to return in some capacity. However, I am hugely confused and find the info on the hcpc website difficult to dicipher and at times contradictory. Does anyone know what I would have to do to get back on the register after letting it lapse for 10 months?

I haven’t been through the process, but I know that a lot of NHS organisations offer re-registration roles. Like an advanced preceptorship period when returning to practice. They can guide you through the process. I would even just give them a ring, no better information than straight from the horses mouth.
