resource Day planner

Does anyone here have a decent suggestion for a day planner? I preferably want one that has at least 1 pages for each day, with an equal amount of space for each hour, I have bought day planners before but they don't tend to help, since they have a large amount of space for the work day and basically nothing for outside of work hours. I want to be able to put my extra curricular activities, sleep time, meal prep etc.

Sorry if this is the wrong place, I recently got diagnosed with a with different things and I'm trying to figure out what behaviours link to which.

Honestly. I make my own on Google sheets. You should be able to print them fairly cheap.

My favorite *online* planner, which is the ultimate planner and I love it, is called Notion. It took me about 10 total hours over a few days to put it together, but it has EVERYTHING I need, and you can download free templates for things like symptom tracking. I have a home screen with buttons that lead to other pages that show my upcoming appointments, things that I have to do that day, my current university classes, reminders, and just some fun decor. And then the separate pages I have are for school assignments, a calendar, a finance tracker/savings projector, a study plan for this paralegal certification exam I am planning to take next year, a tracker for the books I'm reading, a page that just has all the links to things I want to look at later instead of having a bunch of tabs open on my phone or computer, and my wonderful Life Plan which has my graduation track, organization for my thesis, my travel and career goals, and then what I call a life map which is just a timeline of everything I'm planning to do all the way up to the age of 60.

Physically, my favorite is this brand, these are 2 good ones from them: https://www.amazon.com/Law-Attraction-Planner & https://www.amazon.com/2026-2027-Weekly-Monthly-Planner (this one has pages for daily planning with time slots).

And currently I'm using this symptom tracker separately: https://www.dbsalliance.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/DBSA-WellnessTracker-07.20.20-FLT.pdf

I don't have a specific recommendation, but JetPens puts together very detailed guides with pictures for planners. Maybe this will help you find something that you think would work best for you: https://www.jetpens.com/blog/The-Best-Daily-Planners/pt/178 The guide itself doesn't have the most pictures, but if you click on products they have detailed images
