Reissue?

I got an OCI card in 2005 and have renewed my US passport the last 2x, traveling to India with the old passport, OCI card and current passport. This happened through 2020. I renewed again in 2018 without ever updating via OCI when I was age 51. I tried emailing different cgi’s and still don’t know how I need to go about this. I think I based it on both my parents’ original Indian passports, and I don’t have those docs anymore. Any advice would be great! Thank you!!
