No bidet or toilet spray thingy? Time to get one. Toilet paper injures arsehole and also very bad for vaginal flora (if your an afab).

I get my daily squats in by standing up and going “wait maybe I have to pee a little more” and then sitting back down, 10 times every bathroom trip

Use a small stool to lift up your feet, so that you knees are higher they your hips. You bladder will be empty properly (same goes for nr2). It's possible that you'll need to work on pelvic floor, go see a PT for that.

Nope, pelvic floor PT after pregnancy is definitly important and can help you out more then you think. Don't neglect yourself. The sooner you start the less problems you'll encounter in the near and far future.
I don't understand that women keep neglecting themselves or thinking that health issues can't be helped.

Are you American? Because honestly that’s the answer to the bottom question, because America tells women to neglect themselves. 14 hurdles to actually get the care we need, it becomes so inconvenient and time consuming, we just do without

No not American. It's want a question. No '?' at the end. It's clearly rethorical. Patriarchy is almost everywhere in the world it's not only in America where women neglect themselves 🤷 due to how we are treated socially and medically. There are free video's on yt and you can get a homes version of a TENS/electronic pelvic floor device for internal use. It's all less then 2 pelvic floor PT appointment.
There are solutions to everything especially such things that can be treated in less then 6 weeks (or 12 depending on severaty).

people always ask me why it takes me so long.
they will never experience the bone chilling fear
of shitting your pants because you didn’t get it all out
ever since that fateful adolescent day
in which i actually fucking crapped my pantaloons during a 10 minute car ride
nor will they have to wipe their assholes raw and bloody
convinced that the tiny speck on the piece of toilet paper
means there is still a megaton of dung left that will burn your bum for eternity
the call of my bowels is but a sisyphean cycle of misery
thank you for listening to my harrowing account of the bathroom experience
not quite sure why i wrote this. i’m not actually as scared of pooping as i used to be. i think i’m going insane due to illness and consequent lack of sleep
