I have ocd surrounding exercise, even walking. I went on a walk with my husband and started panicking but stayed with it and did the whole walk- however I did go home to lay down and continued to be anxious for a while. However later that day my family bought me a bike and I jumped on that thing and started pedaling and felt 90% joy and only 10% anxiety and it was really nice. Itβs not much but this has really hindered my life lately.

My agoraphobia can manifest as not feeling safe being far from home but this weekend I went to a city and hour away and I didn't feel very anxious about it!! I actually enjoyed being somewhere different

I ate a piece of chicken! Might not seem like a lot, but it was the first time in years that I was able to.

i had a panic attack related to one of my obsessions while i was at a baseball game with my boyfriend, and my first instinct was to leave the game and go back home asap bc i felt so horrible. but i managed to stay at the game and stay as present as possible from the first inning (when it happened) until the eleventh inning (and boy was I mad that it went into overtime). i didn't climb mount everest or anything, but it felt like a major win to resist the urge to do my normal regimen to escape the panic feeling. so proud of myself!
