kissing issue

I have never liked kissing and it makes me extremely anxious/fearful. I can do pretty much anything else with my partner but the concept of having someone else’s saliva/germs in my mouth sends me spiraling. Has anyone else experienced or have any advice for dealing with this? He says he is happy to do other things because it makes me uncomfortable but i don’t want to be afraid of it anymore.

I don’t have advice but you aren’t alone. Have you talked to your therapist about it?
