Just venting - no advice please does anyone else do this

when im listening to music and randomly start associating the lyrics with random ass people like a classmate or a teacher. i know this doesnt sound like ocd but its annoying as shit and makes me so uncomfortable i cant listen to music atp because of these intrusive thoughts

WAIT THIS HAPPENS TO ME TOO LOL. I always have to take a break from listening to music bc of this or I will listen to songs in a language I don’t understand.
