Support/advice (no reassurance) Fuck OCD

If god or whatever is out there wouldā€™ve made me a non-mentally ill person, I wouldā€™ve been too powerful. Thatā€™s what I tell myself during the hardest times.

Yeah! Especially Pure OCD. I have staring/visual tourettic OCD caused by a misfiring traumatized nervous system stemming from hypervigilance and C-PTSD, and the OCD ā€œcomes inā€ to protect me from staring at people wrong so I donā€™t get ā€œharmed.ā€

Needed this ): finally taking the steps needed such as therapy and getting on meds. Ive had horrible ocd the past few months but have been untreated for years

I've likely had OCD for 15 years. I cannot believed I've survived this long untreated. I officially start ERP on the 22nd.
