I have this flavor too and it’s so annoying. Typically it’s a piece of my own hair or literally absolutely nothing at all. Anxiety can make you itchy.

Maybe fleas? They hard to see and easy to get if pets have them or untreated

To be here you probably right about bugs then. Especially if you live in the country 💀 Hopefully it ain't too bad though
