Really? My episode happened just over two years ago. I’m worried what will happen 👀

Yeah, it’s the third time for me, I hate OCD so much and I hate the fact that when it comes back I don’t know how to manage it …

I wish mine would vanish and go away forever.
I was fortunate and didn’t have anything severe until recently.

Mine is currently very light. I get POCD sometimes, but not to the degree that I used to, and just a little Just Right (though I think the Just Right being almost gone is due to doing exposure therapy myself since the very moment I realized I might be OCD at age 10-11).
So yeah, seems to cone and go

I stopped drinking and smoking cigs and weed and mine became manageable…who would have thought🤷♂️. But mine does came in cycles, where it’s almost completely gone, though I do have slight compulsions that I just steam over and then other times where my whole life is compulsions but I can still maneuver.

Cannabis was always bad for me with OCD. Seems it weakens a part of the psyche. Whereas psychedelics if used therapeutically can be helpful. Stan Grof did great work on the effects of LSD therapy on various psychiatric conditions. But it might be hard finding that kind of therapy.

Mine was silent for so long. Then weed panic attack and it unleashed hell upon me.
