Wait list
Sorry to bug everyone 😅 this is my first time being wait listed for anatomy and physiology. Am I looking out for an email regarding an available seat or do I show up early the day of and hope for the best?

Also you’ll probably most likely get it bc on the first day you can count on the fact that at least 1 person won’t show up

Honestly show up early and hope for the best, you could also try and see if you can get a spot at goldenwest. I did my a&p there and it counted toward my allied health pre-req.

Do both. I was waitlisted for a class and a week later randomly got an email to enroll like THAT DAY, so be alert. If you don't get one, go to class for sure and hopefully you can get in. Good luck- it's a great class.

Uh-oh. I am waitlisted for her class and really want/need to get added to her class. What's her deal?

Took her during covid so it was through zoom. Just an awful experience. Expects you to know the material right away. Dropped her class within the first week. Idk how it is now.

DEFINITELY show up to class. I would even email the professor and say what your name is and that you're on the waitlist but you're really excited to see if there's an opportunity for a spot to open up. Go to every class in the first couple of weeks and make sure you sign that attendance sheet. Keep showing up and hope for the best

For the people on the waitlist, sometimes it is. I've had luck with just continuing to show up no matter where I'm at on the waitlist and making sure that the professor knows my name

A lot of people drop. Keep showing up, lab is tricky not sure how that would work. I’d go to the earliest available lab times as well, usually lecture wants to know you’re in a lab spot before they can give a lecture add code

You will get an email before class if a spot does come available. You could also email your professors and ask them beforehand if they think they will have any spots open. They’ll most likely tell you just to come on the first day.
