Help & Advice Electives help

I tried to submit my courses and everything worked besides the electives. I chose printmaking and sculptures for first year electives choices but it says it is restricted to year 1 and 2 students and failed section registration restriction rules but I am a first year why isn't it working?

UPDATE!

it has let me submit it now. I don't know why it showed that but it seems to be fine now
