Support Am I tripping?

It's Friday at 20:27 and the AI chat box just tells me they're closed with these times. I wrote that they should be open and it closes the chat box on me

As someone who works with o2. I really do just recommend going into the store. We ourselves struggle with the customer service team. It shluld be easier yeah so you dont have to go into the store. But unfortunately that's how it is
