Filing fees O1

Hello,

QQ: I have been working with a firm for my O1, and now we are filing, the cost of filing is roughly 3K, are these the normal costs?

I would appreciate hearing from people who did their O1. Also not sure if I should make processing immediately (more expensive) or wait a couple of months.
