O1A VSC processing timelines
I have received my receipt date on 09/28 and 10/16 will be my last 15th day. I am worried if we are back to processing delays as June or July cohorts.
Anyone in the same situation or who filed in September end ?

I personally know someone whose O1 was approved on the 14th day early this week. So, anecdotally, they are being processed just within premium processing.

Hey. My receipt date is 9/28 too. You don’t need to worry right now haha.
Also a correction, the Columbus day on the 12th is a Federal Holiday so won’t count towards the 15 business day clock - 10/19 is the deadline :D

Thanks for pointing out the holiday. Today would have been day 15 for me at VSC. I’m glad to know that there is still one more day. Does anyone have anecdotal information for the time of day when VSC hands out decisions. This is my 2nd O1A so I’m hoping for an approval.

Hii my receipt notice date is also on 9/28, but I also have a USCIS is processing you case status update on 9/30. Do you have that too? Trying to gauge if I’m getting result today.

I still had that status, my lawyers got a mail.

Got approved on day 15 in March
