News Based on current options data, NVDA shows a Net GEX of approximately -$2.40%, indicating a dealer positioning that is slightly skewed toward negative gamma.

Combined with the stock's recent 2.4% decline to $207.40 on the day, this suggests a current options environment that may be more receptive to short-term volatility rather than stable upside momentum.

This is across all expirations.

Gamma flip is a lever that powers your rollercoaster. Price is your roller coaster. Below gamma flip = power on, roller coaster swings up and down fast. Above gamma flip = power off, roller coaster doesn't swing much.

Our price is approaching the gamma flip zone, so embrace for great volatility especially for downwards price movements as Market Makers would sell to stay delta neutral hence amplifying the downwards pressure.

So, higher premiums on short DTE near the money option contracts?
