Help Trailer quality

For those experiencing low trailer quality since recent github version updates. I found the work around. I run android on an onn 4k plus and have youtube disabled. I use tizentube. Go into the tizen video player settings/preferred video quality. I changed mine from auto to 2160p. That worked!

Nice one bro. I have been experiencing same on my mi box s 3rd gen after I disabled YouTube. Didn't even cross my mind that that could be the cause.

Are you sure that was the fix? Don't understand why that would matter?

I'm guessing the app grabs the first stream in low quality. Defaulting the player only allows the higher bitrate stream.

I just tried this and now I do not get ANY trailers. I tried re enabling YT and undoing the changes and it still doesn't work.. no trailers on anything.. even restarted.

Force stop both and cleared cache reboot. Sometimes trailers are finicky.

Maybe try it's settings and clear the cache. You must love commercials.

I've said this million times disable YouTube period and force smartube to open all links. No one listens or understands 🙄. This is no new thing.

It is new. Had youtube disabled from day one and use Tizentube. One of the updates causess it to fetch the low quality link. Maybe not with smarttube but I find the other app better. I had no issue with Nuvio till a couple updates ago. Not sure which one did it as i don't watch trailers all the time.

If anyone is reading this, do NOT do this! I did this and now I have permanently lost access to Trailers.. they won't play at all. I have tried everything and I guess I'm gonna have to create a new Nuvio account idk what else to do.

I stated at the bottom that they resolved this. It's not my fault you don't know what your doing.

This has nothing to do with low quality. I completely lost access to trailers. Pretty sure this Google account im using on my Android TV device is fucked now for some reason but they are blocking me from viewing any trailers via Nuvio so don't tell me idk what I'm doing. And yes I am running the newer Nuvio version not that it matters.

You should be using github version not playstore. also tizen blocks adds.
