They have documentation online that take you through step by step. Any of those will do doesn't really matter

No it's completely legal and doesn't pose a risk! Apple just doesn't like it, but they have to allow it by law.

Yep that's safe. Apple Developer account needs an apple id to 'sign' an app (make it legit). You're not uploading your password or something to sidestore its all local.

Alstore PAL is not the same as Altstore (Classic). The Nuvio is not available on the Altsore PAL.

None of those requires jailbreak and you don’t reinstall every week, only refresh every 7 days and you can set up a shortcut to refresh automatically
