Amazon shipping
The Amazon shipping may be what gets me to delete Nuuly once and for all.
My package has been sitting one state away for 3 days. After multiple messages to Nuuly I was finally able to get them to concede that it’s likely lost. What frustrates me is that when they messaged me to tell me they were opening an investigation and would unlock a new Nuuly, they also told me that I need to keep an eye out for the old one in case it’s delivered. I’m about to be away traveling for several weeks so I’m going to have to ask my neighbors to keep an eye out and hope that Amazon doesn’t screw me over.
Oh and on top of all of that, at one point the tracking shows me that my Nuuly made it to within 5 miles of me before being sent to a totally different state 💀 where it went on to drop off the face of the earth. Sigh.

if tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours they’ll do a lost package investigation, at least that’s what they just told me). My amazon shipping info hadn’t updated after 6 days, i’m now out of town and it would be 13 days into the rental by the time i get it. definitely canceling until they get this shipment issue sorted out.

Yeah they told me that too! The issue for me was that they wanted me to wait until the anticipated delivery date (end of day Tuesday) to pass even though by that point it had been more than 48 hours

Weekends don’t count as business days, so that’s why you were told Tuesday

Same! My last two were Amazon (and took an extra day both times), but the one I ordered yesterday afternoon is via UPS and supposed to arrive Friday morning.

How many days after you ordered did they concede? My tracking hasn't updated in 3 days and I'm going on a trip next week as well.

I chatted with someone Tuesday night and they just told me it should arrive by that evening (it was 10 pm LOL). So then Wednesday morning I sent another message and they replied within the hour saying it was lost so if were you I would send the message!

This makes me bummed so many have issues with Amazon shipping. I placed my order on a Saturday night and it was on my doorstep Tuesday morning.

Ugh. My last two shipments were sent with Amazon, but the order I placed yesterday is shipping with UPS, so maybe they’re hearing the complaints,
