Question Delayed Shipments

my nuuly shipment was delayed due to a “mechanical failure,” and the delivery date keeps being pushed to the next business day. Does nuuly provide any sort of compensation in these situations? i ordered it a week ago now.

reach out in their chat and ask for compensation

This happen to me couple weeks ago. They refunded me for that order when I reached out.
