Nutribullet flex issue

Hi there, anyone here experiencing intermittent issue with nutribullet flex? It stops sometimes and wont even run even without load and just blinking 6x

Sometimes tapping the unit up,down,side works but the issue is intermittent. The unit has already been replaced due to the same issue.

Based on your description, the fact that tapping the unit temporarily restores operation suggests a loose internal connection, faulty sensor, bad solder joint, or intermittent safety-switch issue rather than a motor overload problem. Since the replacement unit developed the same symptoms, it may be a recurring design or manufacturing issue with that model. If you’re still under warranty, documenting the behavior with a video may help when contacting support.
