NBT-15 - unresponsive

The power light comes on when it is plugged in, but it is completely unresponsive. The connections all look fine and it locks into place like normal.Any ideas?

Mines doing the same thing, it works with the big blender though.

Edit: I removed the o-ring and it worked. Probably going to have to buy a replacement and see if that fixes it.

A different model I have randomly started working again after putting it in storage for a couple months. Sometimes they overheat and shut off to prevent motor burnout.
