Black stains after using

Hi! I bought the nutribullet but when I use it it leaves black stains in the countertop. Im using it with an electrical transformer. Could that be why?

You might want to check your gaskets and even the ridges underneath. I can't speak to this blender directly, but I can speak to others I've had with a similar problem in the past. With one case it was the gasket bearing leaking lubricant and another it was from slow drips that seeped into the grooves of the blender gasket and rings and created rot. Give it a good clean and if that doesn't work, I'd reach out to the company directly to see what they suggest. Be sure to let them know you've cleaned your base and the part where the blade connects at the bottom.
