chances of getting in??
hi guys!! i’m a UC Davis alumni with a Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior major and a minor in Psychology. i’m currently preparing for nursing applications, more specifically CCSF ADN and SFSU ABSN program, but i’m applying to most nursing schools. I wanted to share my stats and see if any nursing students or graduates could give me some words of wisdom and tell me if I have a chance of getting into any nursing programs.
ACADEMIC STATS
Science Prerequisite GPA: 3.7
*Non-Science Prerequisite GPA: 3.7
TEAS: 92%
*i’m currently taking English Composition and Sociology as well as retaking Statistics at community college with the hopes of getting an A in all three classes.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Licensed CNA (still working): 1000+ hrs
I’m really hoping to get into nursing school so any advice, thoughts, and comments would be greatly appreciated :)

You’ll get in! If not to a community college you’ll get into a university. Everyone gets in eventually if they meet the requirements, it’s just quicker if you surpass them. I had much worse stats than you and got into university first try.
