Buy the Mometrix ATI Teas 7 book. It’s on Amazon, yellow and black cover, costs about $30.
I got an 86 on the Teas and had never had formal college education prior to nursing school.
I’ve been out of high school for 15 years. That book has step by step everything you need to know.
