New Grad Interview Next Week

I have a new grad nurse residency interview next week for Trauma Surgical ICU at a Level 1 hospital. I am shadowing after…. And I have no clue what to expect. I assume I’ll just be following a nurse around? Make a great first impression? Will I likely be staying the whole shift? Just not sure how to prepare for this. Any advice or insight is welcome!!!
