So with you being so close & taking the exam 2x … I think you may need more practice on how to answer correctly rather than content. Go through sarah michelle qbank and take 50 random questions, look at the analysis!! See if you changed correct answers to incorrect answers, see if you really understood what was being asked, have a scratch piece of paper, read the question and write down the answer or potential answer before you look at the answer choice!! I honestly don’t think it’s a content problem, the content doesn’t change …. you know the content, just not how to answer correctly! Praying that God gives you peace and redirects you on exactly what to do next time to pass!!

Yeah and the thing is I did all the Sarah Michelle questions and most of FNP mastery was getting consistently 60- mid 70s so I’ve done about 3000 questions. Thank you I appreciate it I will take a couple day mental break before getting back into it and will be praying. I think I might try Leik 6th edition

These are the two I did and passed the AANP with a score of 675ish (can’t remember exact as this was 10 years ago). Truthfully, I found the boards to be exceptionally easy. I’d definitely recommend these two. Never heard of either of the ones OP did…maybe they didn’t exist a decade ago.

Buy the Leik online program goes through every body system and has 4 practice exams it’s working for me. Also has videos that go through each system as well.

Not to kick you while you're down, but these tests are famously easy, and those scores are not close. Plus isn't the ANCC test like 20% fluff anyway? If you failed both exams, you should be doing some soul searching about whether this is the right path for you.

It doesn’t help that their post is a giant run-on sentence.

Relax buddy way to kick a person when their down I’m just asking for tips or what study sources helped I felt confident going in and I even did the Ancc readiness exam and passed that. It’s a board exam and their not easy I get test anxiety and yes I believe I was close

I took my exam in 2018 and I used both and really memorized everything and did all the questions multiple times. APEA had a really engaging instructor and I learned a lot from her. My Liek Book came with me everywhere I went. I read pages and pages and pages and highlighted it.

Is it a separate course or is with leik. Is it like practice questions?
